Well the snow was pretty bad and started the car up to warm up. The wipers attempted to turn on but were frozen. Cleaned off the car and now just the driver side rotates. I have not looked yet...but hoping there is a shear pin somewhere in the system.

Any suggestions on location or repair techniques?
