Nav-Location very OFF !

The Map on my nav shows I'm nearly 2 miles off my actual current location and sometimes shows I'm in the ocean. Obviously somethings wrong.

I checked fuses and tried reseting the nav processor in trunk by unplugging the antenna connection..But issue is still present.

Nav processor is able to read the map DVD absolutely fine, it's just the location is not accurate.

Is it more likely the antenna than the Nav Processor ?

Any feedback is appreciated.. thank you

The gps connections are via fiber. Remove them and clean the connectors with rubbing alcohol. Also remove the DVD from navigation and reinsert. There are connectors for the antenna. Make sure those are right. Another thing I can try is removing the positive battery terminal and leave it unplugged for 30 mins and that should reset the entire car.

W209 Cab
I have a 2007 W209 Cab. The sat nav is showing the wrong location. I've been told to try unplugging the nav processor. Where is this located on a Cab?
