Extended Warranty
Before the site crashed, someone posted the name and e-mail address of a dealer in California that will sell extended warranties at a reduced rate. I believe her name was Lisa in Chico, California? Anyone have her info?

You should also negotiate with your dealer. Lisa quoted me $2600 on an 04 SL500 last month for a 3 year extended warranty. I got it for $2400 from my dealer.
I assume there will be equivalent discounts on the E500.

I got the ext. warranty for $2000 from House of Imports. PM me if you want the name of the finance mgr to contact. The nice thing with purchasing from HofI is that they add on the money back guarantee. If you don't use the warranty, in the 7 yrs, then HofI will refund the purchase price...this is a dealer benefit, that they add to the standard MB warranty.
