SBC, ESP, ABS defective!

SBC, ESP, ABS defective!
Is there a way in fooling the car to think that the Sbc Abs etc is working, because I need cruise control for long journeys, as i do travel a lot. A second hand SBC ABS Pump is to expensive!

Out Of Control!!
Yes I can reprogram the ECU to be fooled into thinking that the SBC and ABS are not present.
No guarantees as to whether the ECU will ever work again and my development costs would be billed at 300 euros per hour. A new ECU is about 800 euros.
