Ride Height in Question
My 05 E500 4matic wagon is sitting too high. The wagon looks raised all the time. When I do press the button the rear does not move front maybe 1-2cms. I took the car to the dealer and they said they fixed it, but when I go out and got home--it was the same--it measured from the ground to the top of the fender. The rear is at 70.4cm front at 69.4cm. Looks like I'm driving a 4x4. The service advisor said that when I first pulled in. The airmatic suspension works fine as they say it can be raised and lowered by the factory computer. No codes show up. The only thing I was told was the rear suspension would not hold the calibrations.
My question is what height should it be sitting at? Right after I picked up my wagon from the dealer. I saw of all rare things another 05 E500 wagon. It looked much lower then mine. His was stock right down to the same factory rims just like mine.
