Can I reuse front (crossdrilled) rotors?

Hi guys, I just rotated the tires several weeks ago and noticed my front pads are on their way out. Is there any chance I could slap on new pads and call it a day or do they HAVE to be replaced? I don't have any pulsations or vibration at any speed with or without braking. There are no grooves on the front rotors. Hopefully this weekend I will get a chance to measure them before purchasing anything. My only concern is that the front rotors are cross drilled and I'm not sure if they are meant to be reused. Can someone please elaborate

Measure them first. Do you have cracks emanating from the holes, possibly connecting the holes or going to the edge? I've reused cross drilled rotors.

Will do. There are no cracks at all. This car has not been driven hard either. I wasn't sure if you can reuse drilled rotors. Thanks

Sure use them if no cracks and they are still within mfg. spec for minimum thickness.
