Has anyone had a bad experience with a "new purchase" (not service) from Caliber Motors socal? Appreciate any and all comments as they relate to your "buying" experience(s).

went in once, they didn't even notice me. Needless to say I didnt buy a car there. I have heard mixed reviews. If you are looking for a great deal, email or PM me and I'll tell you who I went through.

I just picked up my E55 there. They treated me well. Didn't get much service the first time I went in with a T-shirt on. But after then I met a nice guy and since then, they see me so often, they do help me out.

I know 2 people at caliber..both of them are not in sales but one is a manager. Bob McDonald, Hes a nice guy but i dont think he likes me anymore since i got pissed off at him for screwing up my order and making me wait another 6 months.

I've done well with Caliber, but like any deal, make sure it's the best you can do by checking around. My last experience with them was when I bought my '03 E320 Sport. I worked with Ken Nam in Sales. Another point was that for geographic conveinience I wanted to do business there - so I practiced elsewhere somewhat first. Rob Deck in Service has done me well since '98. I like the car wash and munchies and things to look at while you're there too. I'd rate the experience positive.
