W230 AMG wheels for W211
Need advice / opinion.
I am interested in the AMG wheels for a summer set for my car. I like the look of the future release AMG sport pkg set up (not to be confused with E55). The wheel is listed on the Tire Rack as the AMG 5 spoke 211 wheel at 18" x 8". Nice look. What do you folks think of the AMG 5 spoke 230 wheel at 18.5" x 8"? Same looking wheel, just a 1/2" wider all around. With the same offset, so they will be 1/4" wider on the inside and 1/4" wider on the outside edge of each wheel. Will they look okay? will they fit okay without rubbing on the fronts? I would still run 245/40/18 tires, so that wouldn't change from the 8" wide wheels. Let me know.
The car's a 4 Matic. Does that make a difference?
