Motor Mounts or Tranny Mount?

Motor Mounts or Tranny Mount?
2006 E3504m w/ 88k mi. Running perfect. Just put in brand new Bosch Iridiums, just ran a tank of Techron, followed by 0w-40 Mobil1. Engine is smooth and perfect. With that said, recently started feeling pretty substantial vibrations in the driver's seat ... especially coming up through the seat. So here's the question, before I even start ... what do you think? Motor Mounts? Tranny Mount? or both? opinions appreciated.

I personally would change them all together, most probably the engine mounts if at idle and stationary.

Good point, should have mentioned that ... yes it is absolutely MOST noticeable while sitting at idle, in D (gear), like at a red light.

prefer to change those "3" mounts, as a BALANCE for a hard idle or sudden brakes..

Had the same issue, and it turned out to be motor and transmission mounts.
