2009 E350 AMG
2009 E350 AMG Replacement Rims
I want to replace my factory 2009 E350 AMG Rims with these: 19" TSW Amaroo Rims (Not the tires shown)

Since I currently have 245/40 18/8.5" front and 265/35 18/9.5" rear, will it harm my transmission going to size: 245/35-19 (Front) / 275/30-19 (Rear)?

You'll be fine. All you have to keep in mind is overall diameter of wheel+tire.
