homework?? Yes, trying to trace down why my overhead roof controls and lighting quit working. Thanks for the list. Am trying to figure out if my roof control circuit board is bad, or my sam module.

you waste everyones time with half stories---the drivers side SAM has nothing to do with the overhead control panel!!

Plutoe, I apologize if I am "wasting" your precious time. I thought, that maybe this forum would be the place to ask questions, and get help. I have never owned a MB before, and am trying to figure this out myself, thus, I ask questions. And by asking what the drivers side SAM controls, was not aware this would aggravate you so much, or be a "half story". It was merely a question, asking what it controls. Pretty much the entire story right there. Thus, posted a new thread. If your time is to valuable to respond politely, then don't respond. See how that works? You don't get mad at me, I don't think you are a total dirtbag for your response. But, thanks for pointing in me in the right direction, that I possibly have a bad overhead control panel., and not a SAM issue. Have a marvelous day.
