2003 E55 AMG
2003 E55 SBC?
So I recently purchased a 2003 e55 amg. I have been enjoying the car until today. On the way to a stop the famous "stop" drive to workshop red warning light came on. And lost 90 percent of braking power. The SBC is out of the 10 year warranty so getting it replaced by the dealer is not an option. Where im confused is the esp warning came on as well. Does this sound like the common sbc pump failure? If so can I change it myself?

If I just change the sbc myself, will the car correct itself? Or is there much more to it than that? Is there anyone who has done this?
