E class siren location

E class siren location

Having alarm siren issues, have been told that it's the batteries and to change the siren. Does anyone know where the siren is located on the E class w211? Cheers Pete/Carol

Driver side behind wheel well closes to the driver.

Just to clarify it is the front wheel well behind the arch covers

I have removed the alarm siren thanks to info Duc1098E500 provided, now is this item a dealer only part? or can I get it elsewhere Pete/Carol
