Spare tire question '09 E350

Does anyone know, or has had to use their spare tire if the spare itself requires special lug nuts specifically for that spare tire or will the regular lug nuts that fit the original tire work?

I don't see any in my trunk for that matter and the reason I'm asking is because when I had my 2005 C230K I once got a flat and when I put the spare, come to learn it used a different set of lugs... I had to go to the dealership & buy them! (they were shorter & specifically for the spare)

I was wondering if this is the same case on the '09 E350?

Thanks

'07 sport uses the standard lugs.

It probably depends on eth wheels more than the year.

Which we're you referring to? C class or E class?

'07 E-350 4-matic with sport package.

I don't have a C, and the GL came with a set of short lugs for the spare.

mine came with stock lug nuts for the spare. my aftermarket rims came with lug nuts of its own so Im guessing if I have to use the spare wheel ill use the stock lug nuts that came with it. I reckon it also depends if you're running stock rims or aftermarket. if that makes any sense.
