Anyone know the offset for the stock rims below?

with a little research i answered my question...

i'm trying to fit these rims on my 99 clk but given the different lug bolt size it is not recommended....
i can get the rims for cheap but i need to be sure that it is safe....

i'd ask luke but he takes awhile to respond and i need to act quick
:o :p

any comments would be appreciated...

was '03 E320 - now - '04 S4
Not 100% sure but the lug bolts on the W211 are 14mm and I *think* the CLK lug bolts are 12mm

lig is correct. They may fit but you run the risk of using improper and smaller lugbolts.
