I have a 2006 E 350 and the car studders/jerks when I pull away from a dead stop. It also does this a low speed while turning. When I am almost at a complete stop, there is a thump sound that comes from the trunk. I just recently purchased the car and was told that because the car is 4matic, this is a normal thing like driving a 4x4 in 4 wheel drive.


Does the E350 have wheel encoders that need to be adjusted if tires are replaced?
