CDI Limped - Electrical Issue?

Looking for a possible electrical issue with the wife's 05 CDI. She reports the low coolant warning popped up on the dash, so she checked it and tank was full. Then it went into limp mode, and set the check engine light. I was out of town so my son checked it with the Snap-On and here is the DTC codes that he found.

0100
2527
2530
2526
1636
2514
2679

He cleared them and it set these on next start up.

0100
2526
2527
2530

I checked all the fuses in under the hood, but that's as far as I've got so far. Why I believe it's electrical is that low coolant level being set and the AC doesn't kick on until you drive it for a few miles. I was messing with the turbo a couple weeks ago, and saw a post where the ML320 CDI had an issue with oil line leaks on wiring that caused a similar issue. But no idea if this would be related since that was on a 08.
Last, I had the EGR delete mod on it for a while, but removed it cause it kept setting a check engine for an O2 sensor voltage. After I removed the mod that code never came back.

So before I dive into it tonight, anything particular to look at first? I planned to start tracing the circuits on the impacted sensors, and start with that coolant level sensor since I'm guessing they share a common hot or ground circuit somewhere.

Thanks

Ok spent a few hours on it and still no luck.

Unplugged each module and cleared codes to see what changed, nothing much... DTC's changed from "Short To Ground" to "Open Circuit" on each module. What else is strange is fan is not working, reason for no AC unless moving. And the low coolant warning comes on even if you unplug the sensor.. Didn't see any bare wires or shorts that I could find.

Does it sound like a possible SAM module issue? I know the DTC's are directly related to the ECM, but that fan and coolant level sensor issue has me wondering what they all share in common..

Any suggestions?

Well as expected, soon as I ordered a used SAM module off fleebay I found the problem... F44 fuse, for Circuit 87 was blown.

Had checked the fuses with an ohm meter for continuity, but decided to recheck all them visually and caught it. Fan works now, coolant level msg gone, and everything but the inlet port motor [which is still disconnected] seems to be working again. So if it blows on connection, I know the blades are stuck as would be common...

One of those situations due to over thinking the problem.
