Location of Audio Gateway in Wagon

Hello

Can someone let me know where the AGW and related fiber optic cables are located in a 2005 E320 wagon? I am installing a SDAR and need access to the fiber optic cables to put the SDAR in the MOST loop. I found pics showing the location of the AGW and cables in a sedan, but the wagon is a different animal.

Thanks,

Mike

Thanks konigstiger for the info, I found that the AGW in my 2005 E320 wagon is located under the rear cargo floor, the front most panel pulls up once the cargo tie-down is un-bolted and removed which lets the panel come off. AGW and fiber cables are under that panel. Thanks!

Pretty sure what you're referencing in that location is not the audio gateway, but in fact the telematics module. If you look for a W211 MOST loop schematic, you'll see that the sat patches in through the telematics module and through the nav drive and then into the audio gateway (which is attached near the rear driver side "quarter panel" area).

murman, thanks for the clarification. That may well be what I saw in the electronics compartment under the cargo floor panel was the telematics module, it did seem to have what appeared to be antenna wire connections. I didn't notice any fiber optic connections to that unit but I will have to look closer at it. That was the only module in the compartment, as the car doesn't have voice control or a telephone. I was just glad that I found the compartment, as it contains the necessary connection to the MOST loop!

I will post a pic or two when I start to install the unit.
