I didn't get the armrest, but I did get the instrument panel and the front vent covers from performance.com. They replace the existing plastic parts (I had my dealer do the work), they match the maple burl perfectly, and they look great.

I think both of these look good from the pictures available. However, I don't fancy the idea of the one that just sticks on. I'm sure that it wouldn't last too long. It's bound to get squint through time etc.

Not just squint...when it comes time to remove it for any reason, say goodbye to the leather!!
I liked the "old" Schaetz products where they replace the entire thing, like for my CLK430.
Their shift knobs are of high quality though -- not stick-ons.
I do agree that the MP Design products are expensive, espeically through PProducts (they're the only distributor here in the US).
I'd like to get a ton of stuff from MP Design but what I want to get will cost close to a nice set of AMG wheels AND tires.
