E-class leg room
I would like a couple of inches more of leg room in the front but I notice even the S class leg room is about the same as the E-Class. The only luxo-cruisers with more abundant leg room that I have seen are the Q and the Lexus. I am 6'3 and don't want to feel cramped in my newest car since I have been driving coupes a long time.
Are these specs on the leg room correct, Is there enough leg room in the front seats of these vehicles?
Thanks in advance

hey, im only 5'6'' and i like to move my seat all the way back, leaving only about 5 or 6 inches in the back, i can tae some pics tomarrow if you want

The S class has more legroom by far than the E Class. I dont think your information is correct. I sat in the back of the E class and was unimpressed. The E430 had better room.
I am going to make a point to sit in all these cars at the Detroit auto show coming up.

Front wheel drive does not require a driveshaft going down the middle of the car to the rear differential. That is why front wheel drive cars usually have more room than rear wheel drive cars.
I rented a Toyota Avalon last week and that car has plenty of rear seat leg room. However, I and couldn't get the front seat to go back far enough. If I could have moved the seat in the Avalon as far back as I normally have my seat in my E320, the Avalon's back seat leg room would have been less than my E!
