E350 Navigation Problem

E350 Navigation Problem
Our 2007 E350 navigation is usually giving us the wrong location, which causes wrong directions I. E. Make a u turn on the the road beside the highway, since it thought you exited the wrong exit. But somthing it works fine for a few seconds!

look for bad antenna connection.

Do I need to just plug it in tight or do I need to replace something, if it's just a lose connection then where is the connection
