Is this offer for flat hood emblem ok??
Hi,
since my dealer couldn't help me getting the flat hood emblem for my E, I just got an offer from someone by email.
He wants $37.50 shipped insured for emblem + adapter. Is that ok or is he trying to ripp me off? Since the original star can be bought at eBay for around $19 it may be a bit overpriced.
Maybe someone nows an online source where to get this part cheaper.

I paid $42 at dealer. Now I got ripped off.
This is btw, an extremely cheap plastic piece no matter where you buy it. But you can't really tell. Even the ones on the SL are the same cheap plastic piece.

Thanks for the link. My dealer showed me one from the SL... I realized it's cheap plastic but it still looks good - and nobody can break it off to get a souvenier.
