getting new tires

hey so I got some new 19" wheels 8.5 front 9.5 rear
i searched a lot on the forum but still have questions.
I had some 255/40/19s sitting around and i test fitted one today on the rear and they fit! (they dont rub) i read somewhere they would
For the front i was about get 225/45/19 (my offset is 35)
I am worried about the esp and abs. i know these are about 5% larger diameter than stock (225/55/16)
does esp compare front and rear sizes into account, or only front to front and rear to rear? can i test out both 19s in the rear while still having the stock 16s in the front?

i only have 1 tire mounted as of right now. getting the other rear mounted tomorrow, and ordering fronts after that. probably getting Pirellis due to the high treadwear 500-700, low rolling resistance, and budget of 200 per tire. any other suggestions?
thanks in advance..

225/45/19 is .06 of an inch smaller in overall diameter than the rears
225/40/19 is .96 (3.39%) smaller than the rears.
is does traction control or abs compare front to rear rotations? or just side to side is what im thinking

Cool is anyone running 225/45/19s? w211

So i found out its fine to drive around with 2 different size diameter tires front to back.
And my 255/40/19s fit fine on the rear.
Only question i have left
Is ANYONE running 225/45/19s on their W211?
i found a sweet deal on some run flats

You should be fine with those sizes I just would be skeptical of ride quality with that size. I run a 245/3519 and I'm happy with that.
