engine upgrades
I'm planning on turboing my benz I want to achieve 500hp does any one now of what the engine internals can handle and what size and boost do I need for the turbo I want a garrett?

I haven't got the FFI--however why haven't you been talking to Garrett!! They should have something already in a box on the shelf with simple DIY instructions!!
