The Emergency call system door stays open on my 2006 E350. I tried pushing it back, but it doesn't seem to latch. We've never had Telaid activated and the cover just popped up one day. After looking at the manual, it states:

"When you have finished the emergency call:
Replace the cover on the emergency call switch."

Do I have to bring my car to the dealer or authorized shop and have the teleaid for a reset or something. Not sure what it means to replace the cover.
