do you want to install it yourself? if so, try dealers who might mail it to you, MB of escondido might sell it. thier number is 760-745-000. parts would probably be the best.

Ok, apparently I was vague before. Yes I will be installing it myself. Yes I am hoping that someone else out there in the States has done this and already has prices available with a name and phone number so I may do the same without having to call a bunch of dealers.
