Partial Crankcase Ventilation: Question about Torque Values

A. So, I am replacing the Housing cover and Oil Drip Pan (Parts 272 010 06 31 and 273 010 0162) on my 2006 E350. Mercedes Workshop (WIS) has the torque values for the 4 bolts on the Housing cover as follows: Stage 1 = 6NM; Stage 2 = I* 90.
I do not understand Stage 2 I *90. Can anyone advise what this means? Do I just torque to 6NM or is something more needed?

B. Also, I am going to replace the partial load oil seperator and breather hose (hose = 272 018 13 82). The hose is intertwined through the spark plug harness/spark computer/ECU that sits on top of motor (not sure what that's called). Has anyone been able to replace this without unbolting the wiring harness and unbolting at least some of the bolts holding down the Computer? I'd rather not take apart the top of the motor if it is not necessary

Thank you.

THE C350
Tighten to 6NM then another 90 degrees is most likely what it is talking about.
