Help with Bluetooth puck and audio streaming

I recently bought a 2007 E350, and also picked up a bluetooth puck (the black one #B6 7876131.)

Issue 1:
Initially, I was able to install and pair/connect the puck with my phone just fine. Comand imported my contacts, and everything worked. I happened to remove and reinstall the puck, and the puck it still pairs and connects with my phone, but it is no longer talking to Comand. With the puck removed, or installed and connected with blue light on, Comand just says No phone installed. Is there some way to reset or clear out the bluetooth settings in Comand to get it to talk to the puck again?

Issue 2:
I want to enable bluetooth audio streaming in Comand. Is this possible? I can access Engineering mode with Serv/Lang then End + UpLeft + Audio. Once in EM, I don't see any option to enable bluetooth. Is there a hidden menu I need to access?

Thanks in advance!

You should be able to just repair the phone to the car and it should work again and audio streaming didnt come to the 211 until 2009 when it received the newer NTG so unfortunately you can't. If you have an iPod connector in the glove box I'd recommend picking up a tune2air. I use it in mine and love it. Still has steering wheel controls too.

I think I had #1 happen to me once, I played around with the puck to make sure it was properly seated and pressed both buttons and it started to work again. Haven't had a problem since.

If you search the old threads, in theory you could enable bluetooth audio if you have a Star system, not sure if the dealer can actually do it, they disabled it for some reason. Same thing with the mirror dip in reverse, it's disabled even though it's still listed in the manual and there's a procedure to enable it listed.

Also how good is the tune2air? Some say the audio quality isn't that good with bluetooth, plus it isn't always that reliable and it skips once in a while. It's also $89 and a used 4th gen ipod touch is about $50 at cowboom.

the sound quality is the same as if the iPod was plugged in. I don't really have any issues with it but every once in awhile when a song first plays for a split second it will cut out but that's it. I can live with that cause I love that when I want to change so,etching quick I can just pick up my phone and do it.
