I've done some searching here regarding my problem but haven't had luck with any suggestions; my issue is that the locks don't work with my key remote. The batteries in my original key are new and I just bought a brand new key from the dealer. I checked the fuse in the rear fuse box which supplies the RF locking module/AM antenna booster and it was fine and also swapped in a secondhand module to no avail. Granted, I can't confirm that the secondhand module was good, so I suppose it could still be my problem (because I also have no AM radio reception), but I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?

Just a word of note; the locks worked one time when I aimed the key directly at the driver's door handle. That said, they locked but wouldn't unlock. I had to use the key blade. Since then, they won't even work on the infrared side either. As I've been considering buying a Star Diagnostic system, would this be something it would be helpful in troubleshooting?
