Smile Command all dead E55 w211

Hi, guys I'm new here. but I'm hoping that someone could help me.

My command/radio system is all dead, not like the rest of the guys where the amg-logo shows for a couple of seconds. Mine never wakes up and my battery keeps draining out...

Do someone have any clues what's going on with my Merc?

You have a electrical draw on your audio gateway system. You need to first start by restarting your "optical ring". STAR DIAG can do that for you. I'd invest in a jumper harness for fiber-optics and start tearing stuff apart.

Thanks for the reply guys,

I just have two questions, is this procedure for me even if I never get the amg/mercedes logo on the command screen? and where could I find that tool he's using in the video?
