looks like they will not have an E350 for 2005, I guess they feel the competition from BMW and Lexus (new GS still far away) does not warrant the horsepower bump, and E sales are very strong. in fact, there may be no changes other then getting the active headlights into the cars.

you may be right on there being no changes. It also gives the folks at benz an opportunity to get their quality scores up when there are very few changes. what about the 7 speed transmission in the 4matic?
