help me!!! SBC

Hi brothers,

In my W211 (E240 ) i had a error "service brake visit workshop" then i replace SBC unit. problem solved. (cost me over $1250 )

But yesterday when i was in heavy traffic used brake more than one hour suddenly my screen went red and lost the all brake power. Now its showing same as bellow pic.

SBC unit is brand new and used only few weeks
im sure this occurs with something related with heavy traffic and heavy break usage.

I dont have another $1250 to spend again brothers.... is there any fuse for SBC unit? i open passenger side carpet and reach the fuse panel there also. but i cannot find the exact fuse. can any one tell me any details..

Hey Bro, how about telling us the real and complete story-----what do you mean by "SBC unit is brand new" ---new to your car---new from the junk yard or new from Ms. Daimler----if new from Ms Daimler there is a warranty period longer that two weeks!! Whats the problem!!

THE C350
Could also be a different component in the system any shop that is even sort of good would at least give it another look for free... and as said already Mercedes gives you a one year warranty on repairs.

brake switch? either way, just bring the car back to the same place where you had it fixed and you should be covered with warranty. just be cautious that they dont tell you another problem or part to replace when its the same SBC unit all along. goodluck mate!
