I have been through the W211 forum to see if anyone has done this before, only found a couple threads about the AMG style projector round fog lights.
My factory lights broke not sure how the lense cracked, so instead of replacing them I went to upgrade them.
Anyway lets get this moving. This project takes 15 to 30 min depending on how slow you want to work in the heat-cold, and not terribly expensive. The projectors ran $125 and the bulbs ran $55 all ebay the new lights don't use the stock h7 mine used HB4/9006.
All you have to do is remove the two skids that are held in with 8mm bolts then the fog lights are held in with two more bolts and I believe a t20. Then fogs just slide out of place. Don't forget the fog connector to the bulb.
I am anti HID anything with the advancement of leds there is no longer any reasons to use HIDs. So projectors with bright leds seemed to be a perfect win.

All I can say is the beam is beautiful and the its about %20 brighter and detailed then factory.
I have seen this with a black finish as well if you prefer that to silver.
Projector comes with nice three inch H7 to HB4 all waterproof connector and trips no codes so all can-bus set using CREE XLamp MT-G2 LED.
Last if your into pure yellow bulbs for fog and stuff they sell the leds at 3000k color as well and all the way up to 8000k I got 6000k something for everyone.
If your wondering what angle I pointed the led it was up seemed to get the best beam with facing up.

I recently installed a pair of LED cree projector fog lights and they are brighter than my HID head lights. They are pure white and really light up the road. A few weeks ago my chick was driving my Benz and I was driving her car, it was at night, I was in front of her and lights looked amazing on the Benz. The combo of the 6000k HIDS and pure white LEDS really look amazing together.

Can anyone confirm if this will fit a sport (avantgarde) model? On some of the eBay listings they say they fit both, and on others of what looks to be the same light it will say for one or the other.
