2003 E 320, flooded, need help

First of all, I'm new here (been lurking around for a while) so hello to everyone.

I got a huge issue with my E class recently, because it has been flooded due to clogged drainage system (from what i saw, it's pretty common unfortunately). I didn't noticed that something is wrong until I parked at my work, than few systems went off (seats heating, SRS sensors..), so I decided to dry it up and leave it at workplace, because I don't have a garage at home atm. I took all the water away, cleaned those sewage pipes and let it be for a while. But today when I tried to start it, nothing happened. The electricity is all gone. I already now, that I need to visit the workshop and it's gonna cost me some cash, but the deal is, that I don't know how to get it outside the parking garage. Tow truck wont squeeze trough the entrance so I need to pull it out with help of my friends, but the the steering wheel is locked. Please do you guys know, how to mechanically unlock it? I saw some trick about the shifter, but damn....

thank you guys for any comment

(sorry for my english, not my first language )

Have you confirmed that you have the battery voltage to move the key??

However if you have the 12V then the issue is with the key or ignition module!!
