I just got a 2007 E350 & would like to add a back up camera. Can it be done & will it work with the factory unit. Any help would be great!!!

There are a number of threads about this on the forums if you do a little searching either with the search bar or with Google. It has been done, and it can be done, but to use the factory head unit it will depend on the version of head unit you have, needs to be Comand NTG 2.5.

 

If you cannot afford switch to a NTG 2.5 COMAND, your next best option would be to switch to a euro COMAND head unit which has a video input jack on the back. The USA versions does not have that input jack unless you have a very early 2003 E I believe.
