E55 KeyFob does not lock/unlock

2008 E55
E55 KeyFob does not lock/unlock
I have 2008 E55,
the keyfob does not lock or unlock the car, but still i can start the car and have no problem with that.

Still I can lock and unlock the car using the door handles,
also when I point the keyfob very near to the driver door handle it lock/unlocks the doors

I have replaced the keyfob battaries, and when clicking the lock/unlock i can see the blinking red light their,

the problems happened two weeks back, then disappeared and its back again.

Check fuse in the trunk, if i remember correctly #8.
