W211 E500 On Coilovers Tire Size Question

I have KW adjustable coilovers on my E500 and have the chance to buy some P Zero's for a great price. I have 275/30/20's on the rear and 245/30/20's on the front.

The tires that I would be purchasing are 275/30/20's for the rear (which match) but the fronts are 245/35/20's. My question is, will the extra 5% on the sidewall height make a big difference? I can raise the front so it wont scrape but will it look weird? I don't want to go through all the work to find out and then regret it.

Thanks

youre right, with coilovers, you can raise or lower your car to your liking. but imo, 35 at the front is meaty. i had 235/30/20 with 9" wheels front (a bit of stretch) and 275/25/20 10" rear when i had my 211 on coils and it scrapes a bit on the front when we slam it so we rolled the front guard a bit (not that theres a a lot to roll) but a couple of mm's will help a lot if youve got an aggressive stance. for me it just looks better.

if you go with the same rolling diameter or as close from the stock, then youre alright.
