Im not 100% sure but I think it refers valve which is changing heated water direction either to heat exchanger or engine block circuit... Its located near to webasto:

(in picture there is resistor installed to electric plug in order to ensure that engine block is heated all the time). Was there separate switchover valve test in star? It's not uncommon that webasto control unit itself is playing up.

Did you check star finder that that's right part we are talking about... I have not heard this valve malfunctioning before, but it's first time for everything.
If you want try, put 15-16 ohm power resistor in valve connector plug, it should fake and emulate the actual valve...

Only thing what I found by diag you can see on picture below. This time i didn't have star (borrow different diag). It is necessary to remove bumper or headlight to reach webasto?

You should see valve when you remove wheel arc liner, to reach webasto itself remove front most under tray. Control unit and/or connectors can be removed without dropping whole heater out, I just got my control unit repaired.

Break in wiring. And that was the reason why this valve didn't work

Hi! Can you tell, please, where the wire was damaged? Somewhere nevar the valve? I have the same problem, just have changed the valve and it does not solve the problem. I cant find damaged place.
