MB service records?
Saw a thread dated a few years ago with a member who had access to the service records for a nominal fee. Can anyone here still provide them? Brought my e55 in for service and was informed about a variety of parts being new but they wouldn't provide the previous records of service. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have other dealers in your area? I got mine by going to the local dealer to make an appointment and asked for the VMI then. Initially they said they couldn't give it out due to privacy concerns about the previous owner, but I told them they could just black out the previous owners name and that other people have reported getting them from their dealer and if they wouldn't give it to me, I'd go make an appointment at another dealer that would. They gave it to me at no charge. You basically have to do this in person, I don't think you'll get far if you try to do it over the phone.
