Have not had the car long and did not have any intermittent problems with the front wipers yet in my short time owning the car. Yesterday wipers froze in the up position and the wiper switch is now inoperable. The turn signals work but the wipers do no work and washer does not work. I checked the 40a fuse in the fuse box under The hood on the drivers side and it seems fine. Is there a relay involved ? Part number and location? Also I cannot find a how to anywhere on replacing the switch I figure that will be the third thing I try after replacing the relay. If that does not work will look into a new wiper motor. This is a pre facelift w211. Also how do I find out my date of manufacture ? Thanks
