Will S55 amg mufflers increase exhaust noise on w211 E500?
I have a 2003 E500, and I've been considering various exhaust options lately. I have recently been wondering if swapping my OEM mufflers for S55 mufflers would give me the noise I am looking for. Any help on this topic would be great, and I am aware that there are many existing threads about exhaust options for my vehicle, but none address this specific option from what I have researched.

Thanks for the reply, I completely forgot to take into account the exhaust diameter! Also, is there any downside to purchasing a used muffler? I found a set of brabus mufflers for sale in Ebay at a decent price, but I'm not certain if I will run into any issued with used products.

I think used mufflers tend to come without problems. You'll never be able to find out if there's anything wrong with it until you actually install and hear it. I purchased my c63 mufflers used and haven't had any problems.

would you guys know what mufflers tips would fit an e320. I want primarily for looks if there is a benefit for the complete exhaust ill look for one. but the e320 base does;t even have any mufflers tips. thanks for any input guys
