Suspension issue, need help
Hey guys,
New to the forums, but read posts time to time. Anyways, have a little issue with me 05 E-500.
Recently a light came saying car to low, and basically the rear of the car is lower than the front of the car. One of my buddies said my front shocks and strut should be replaced. But it didn't make any sense to me because the rear is low. Because how would the rear be low if the front is need of replacement. Someone else told me it might be the air compressor pump.
Anyone have any idea what might be the cause of this. The rear suspension is low like to the ground low and I have attached photos. Any help with be great thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.
Assuming you have full airmatic, the subject is pretty well covered on this forum.
If you have access to SD, it is straight forward troubleshooting.

Best to get a Star Diagnostic scan and it will tell you exactly what is wrong and then you will not waste money on parts not needed.

Sorry I am new to MB world, any idea where I can get a good one of those? And are they complicated to use? I do a lot of work on my own cars, but i'm new to MB.
Also yes, its a full airmatic system. I am presuming its not a leak since both sides are low. Also I mean the front end is also low just not as low as the rear. I have tried searching the issue but have failed miserably to find anything. Any ideas would be great.

One of the option before spending $100's on scanning is spending $50 on compressor rebuild.
Even if that is not your direct problem, compressors need rebuild every few years anyway.
