'06 E500 Wagon, BMW Z4 M Coupe, Mini
Does my wagon have a ski passthrough?
It looks like it might, but I cannot figure out how to open it.

No. It is just bolted cover.
I investigated it for some time and did not find the actual door available on US market.
My guess is that US liability laws made some restriction on installing the door.
