My comand that contains the 6 disc cd changer is stuck. No eject and no load. Motor just makes noise for a few minutes before radio is allowed to work. The navi screen show the current location's map.

I tried tapping fingers on the opening while pushing eject button -- nothing.
I would be satisfied without the cd if the radio turn on right way.
Any quick fixes? or secret access to skip the attempts to load or eject?

Also upon turning off the engine, it takes over a minute before the radio/navi will turn off. I need to wait to be sure the battery will not be drained.
