Replacing Rear Shocks Help
Hey everyone, so yesterday my rear shock broke. And we are going to replace them tomorrow. My question is once the new shock is in, do we need to add hydraulic fluid. It does not have air ride. If we need to add hydraulic fluid, how do we bleed the shocks and drain the old fluid? We haven't ever replaced them before. I really appreciate the help.

Your 2000 car is W210 model. I think those shocks are self-bleeding, but check the DIY topics in appropriate section.

Cool thank you, what do the lines go to. I'm sorry I put this in the wrong section, but no one in w210 is answering. My technician has never replaced them before so I just want to make sure I'm covered. They list a hydraulic fluid so we weren't sure. Thanks again for the help.
