First DVD I burned, I had two mp3s with similar titles, as it was a different live version:

Example:
03 Cornflake Girl.mp3
03 Cornflake Girl Live.mp3

The multifolder disc hung up and repeated that over and over.

I removed one of the versions, reburned and it was fine.

I put in another completely different disc (without any Cornflake Girl tracks) and low and behold, Cornflake Girl f-ing played!

I checked out that disc looking for dupes and no luck.

I tried a third disc, and it stuck on Advice For The Young At Heart, but there was no dupe track in the Seeds of Love folder.

Anyone have experience with DVDs sticking on certain tracks? The first thing was obvious with the dupe track, but not sure if there's anything else I could look for.

Also, is there some cache memory that's holding Cornflake Girl mp3?

Sorry it's not something cool like Spoonman, but Tori Amos. In my defense, the backing group on her live stuff is amazing.

Found my problem/solution. It wasn't a problem with the Comand but a disc writing error.

The mp3 was corrupt and spread to the 5 discs I'd authored in an erratic way. It left file names intact, but overwrote the data so Cornflake Girl would play.

I used a utility called MP3 Scan and Repair to check integrity of other MP3s, so if you are finding difficulty with playback check for corrupt or incomplete files.
