New Vision CLS pics...

AS a niche car it should do OK as did the CLK. As long as it is kept scarce as CLK was it should survive. Personally though it looks to me like the Mercedes no one asked for and is something of an oxymoron. It is supposed to be a coupe but it has 4 doors. It is supposed to be a Mercedes but it does not look like one. I liked it better when it had the suicide doors ala the new Rotary Mazda. As it is it is bland to my eye, pleasant but not compelling.

Can anyone say toyota
Sorry guys, but I really think this car looks like a Solara crossed with some other ugly car. Not at all my idea of beauty. I saw this car up close at the show and I have to tell you that it was very dissappointing. The interior pics look okay and comfortable but for the price I would much much much much rather get an E500 with some extra options (Pano, Dynamic Seats, Nav ...) than this bad excuse for styling.
I also think its a shame what is happening to the S class as far as quality and options. That car was one day the flagship of the brand. Now its just an overpriced Benz.
If they ever go this route with the CL I am going to be really pissed.
