E320 2004 4matic
Locked out
So I drive a E320 4matic today I closed the trunk with the battery unplugged and the metal key won't work any ideas how I can get into the trunk backseat didn't work

W211 320CDI -04, W210 270CDI -01
Connect a 12V charger (or battery) to pre-fusebox in passenger footwell (main live feed from battery to engine is there), and open trunk.

you have to HOLD the metal key turned all the way and then pull the handle.
