x2 on not being scared by higher mileage.
Can't vouch for 500, but 320 engines are making 400,000 miles easy.
On 10 years old car original suspension bags will need replacement soon regardless low mileage.
SBC count depends on driving style. Some drivers will take 20 years to make 1/2 million pushes, some will take 2 years.
Than I can deal with mechanical issues, but value condition on original paint the most.
So one more time >>> PPI, PPI, PPI and go from there.

03' E500 Sport, 07' GL450 4MATIC, 97' E320
My 03' E500 is about to hit 180k miles, still strong. Airmatic components are most likely failing at this point if they have not been replaced yet. Arnott industries supplies remanufactured air shocks with a lifetime warranty. Very easy to change out the shocks yourself if you choose to do so.
