Incompetence..
Well, my mother drove the car and decided to wear her Valentine's day gift from my dad which was a new Prada leather jacket. She stains the driver seat and surrounding stone leather parts.
So now it's in the shop but its been there a little too long...lets say 4 days!! These guys keep ordering the wrong parts!!!!! What the hell is wrong with the advisors there??..
Anyone else experience bad advisors!!!?

If they've ordered a new leather seat cover it could be a wrong color match or it may not fit exactly right. I have stone and it can stain very easily. I had to have a seat cover replaced and it looks about 95% perfect but there were some wrinkles on the side that they could not get out, so maybe they're just trying to make it perfect and keep ordering until they get a great match.
